Mark began his role as Senior Pastor in June of 2018. He leads our preaching team, offers pastoral care, and works with the congregation to discern God's vision for our church.

Fran Magoni Associate Pastor
Fran joined our staff in the summer of 2016. She serves as Pastor of Discipleship and Administration. Fran focuses on spiritual growth initiatives within various small groups and also preaches, teaches and oversees pastoral care.

Elizabeth Hammock Director of family ministry
and outreach
Liz has been on staff since 2009. She has a passion for families and oversees our adult spiritual formation with special attention to young families. Liz is in charge of Family Ministry event planning and leads our Missions and Connect Team Ministries. She is also in our preaching rotation.

MADDIE JACKSON YOUTH DIRECTOR
Maddie Jackson joined staff in the summer of 2022. She was raised at Martha Bowman and loved being a part of the youth ministry more than anything. After completing her undergraduate and master's degree in Early Childhood Education, she returned back home to join staff as the Youth Director. She works with our middle and high school students, as well as their parents to help create fellowship with each other and disciples to Christ. Email Maddie

April Foster Director of Children's ministry
April has been on staff since 2012, and she leads our children's programming from birth through 5th grade. April oversees our Mother's Morning Out Ministry, and leads our iKids Ministry staff. She has a passion for the spiritual growth and nurture of children and families.

Dionne Dillard Director of Preschool and Mother's Morning out
Dionne has been on staff since 2017. She leads our Mother's Morning Out Ministry and primarily relates to our preschoolers on Sunday morning. Dionne prepares all weekly curriculum and supply needs for children's ministry, and assists on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.

Abby Bonds iKids coordinator
Abbey Joined our staff as the iKids coordinator in August of 2022. She coordinates curriculum and hosts large group on Sunday mornings. Abbey also serves as a 2K preschool teacher in our week-day Preschool & MMO Program. Email Abby

Ellen joined our staff in 2012, and she leads our Chancel Choir, our handbells and leads the singing in our Traditional Worship Services.
